1. By placing orders with ThatBeautyShop.com means you have acknowledge, accepted and bind by all terms and conditions shown on this page. All customers is subjected to the below conditions. Any failure to read before any buying process will not be excuse. 

2. Prices listed are SGD. No bargaining allows. All promotion price provided during any promotion period is not subjected to being extent.

3. Products quality and quantity are all checked and packed in good order before delivery, hence; goods delivered are neither non-refundable nor returnable once sold and payment made. Refund will only be available due to unavailability of stocks.
(Good Order meaning bubble wrap over the whole item in brown paper or white envelope as the packaging deem fit for the item)

4. ThatBeautyShop.com will not be liable in any case if the bottles are broken during the mailing process.

5. ThatBeautyshop.com will not be responsible for any lost mail, be it normal mail or registered mail. Registered mail of additional $2.80 SGD is suggested.

6. ThatBeautyShop.com does not guarantee how long Sing post or any delivery companies delivery transit will take and may provide only the post out date and tracking number (if any).

7. Therefore, in the case of bulk purchase, a door to door deliver will be a flat $10 fee.

8.  Any door to door delivery is subjected to the availability of the coordinator, to confirm after per correspondence.  

9. Mailing will be one (1) day after payment date.

10. Items are on a first come first serve basis upon payment. We reserve our rights to cancel any order without full payment for more than 2 working days from order date.

11. Price stated for per item is inclusive of only normal mail without any tracking number.

12.  All customers’ details will be treated with the strictest confidence.

13. Products’ picture may differ from computer to computer due to different colour resolution.

’14. PayPal payment will incur a 4% transaction fee base on the total. If any buyer pay by PayPal without adding the 4% transaction fee, the per order will ONLY be process after the 4% is transfer by internet banking and transferring of 4% is strictly NOT ALLOW by PayPal mode.

15. Payment via PAYPAL is STRICTLY ONLY FOR REGISTERED POST parcels.
Normal mail is strictly NOT accepted NOR deem complete via PayPal payment and any outstanding amount such as registered post additional $2.80 SGD and 4% total PayPal transaction fees will have to be transferred via internet banking.
